Lime Pickle

Patrick's lime pickle. Limes, mustard seeds, chilli, fenugreek, turmeric, time. Made in small batches in the Chilterns. Spoon alongside a curry, layer into a cheese sandwich, eat straight from the jar if you know what you're doing.
